For hygiene reasons, soft toys (comfort companions) are not returnable once opened or used. If your comfort companion arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

At MellowMoo, each toy (comfort companion) is individually hand-filled and hand-finished using natural kapok fibre. Slight variations are expected as part of this process.

The following are not considered defects:

A product will be considered defective only if:

• Seams are coming apart under normal, intended use
  
• There is visible material damage upon arrival
  
• The incorrect item was sent
  

All toys undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch.
